Wall Panels
Wall panels are a core product of Casey Precast Ltd. We manufacture wall panels to CSA standards, meeting engineering design requirements.
Off-site manufacturing of concrete wall panels improves product quality control and keeps projects on time and on budget.
Insulated or non-insulated wall panels can be used to build the envelope of large schools or small storage sheds. Off-site construction reduces risk.
BubbleDeck Panels
BubbleDeck is the patented floor panel system that reduces the weight of two-way (bi-axel) structural concrete slabs. Hollow plastic balls are positioned into the slab and held in place using reinforcing steel.
The BubbleDeck flooring system uses fewer materials and energy than traditional construction, with the primary benefit being weight reduction. BubbleDeck slabs can be different shapes (not just rectangular) and allow for more flexible designs.
Retaining Walls
MAGNUMSTONE
Saving you time and money! MagnumStone's retaining wall system is engineered with a hollow core. This design uses nearly half the concrete of a solid system while maintaining all its strength and durability.
The environmental and economical advantages of this system are unprecedented in our industry. The hollow core allows production in our facility, which maximizes the output and reduces their carbon footprint.
Mechanically Stabilized Earth Panels (MSE)
Casey Precast manufacturers the MSE Precast Panel Wall System exclusively for AIL (Atlantic Industries Limited). MSE precast retaining walls are very fast and easy to install with minimal equipment and labour requirements.
They adapt well to curves, angles, or steps and handle extreme surcharge loads in retaining walls, bridge abutments, grade separations, and, of course, headwalls for AIL’s Buried Metal Bridges or abutments for our prefabricated span bridges.
